Get After It - Trail Speed Series (Winter '25)

This 5-week series (every Wed.) is designed for you to put in some intentional work to become faster, and more efficient on the trails w/ a small group of like-minded peeps. Each session will start from a different forest location, close-in Portland, Oregon. We will start w/ a warm-up, some drills and dynamic stretches, then get into the workout for the day. The group will focus on hill repeats (uphill and downhill) w/ timed intervals, longer tempo segments, how to effectively navigate technical sections quicker, and more! All workouts are modifiable and able to accommodate all ability levels. After you sign up a list of the locations will be emailed to you. Limited Spots!
