Each series, led by an experienced coach, is designed to increase your abilities no matter what your current skill level is. They will introduce dynamic stretches, interval workouts, tempo runs, and more. You can modify the exercises and the output to suit your needs. Regardless of your level, we will challenge you to push beyond your typical performance and comfort. We believe this is how you learn more about what your capable of and how you'll grow.

Get After It - Trail Speed Series (Winter '25)

This 5-week series (every Wed.) is designed for you to put in some intentional work to become faster, and more efficient on the trails w/ a small group of like-minded peeps. Each session will start from a different forest location, close-in Portland, Oregon. We will start w/ a warm-up, some drills and dynamic stretches, then get into the workout for the day. The group will focus on hill repeats (uphill and downhill) w/ timed intervals, longer tempo segments, how to effectively navigate technical sections quicker, and more! All workouts are modifiable and able to accommodate all ability levels. After you sign up a list of the locations will be emailed to you. Limited Spots!

Getting up before the sun builds mental strength. Follow that up with an actual strength workout & you become unstoppable! Wildwood End To End 2-Day

The Wildwood Trail is an iconic 30-mile point-to-point trail through beautiful Forest Park in Portland, Oregon. Doing the entire length of the trail is often considered a rite of passage for local trail and ultra runners. Maybe you've always wanted to do it?! Now's your chance! What we are offering is a 2-day end to end -- an opportunity to close out 2024 on a solid note, and then hit the ground running (literally) for 2025 :)

This 5-week series led by experienced endurance athletes and coaches focuses on the differences between road running and trail running, and helps people learn different access points and trail networks around the city of Portland, Oregon. Each week the one-hour session will start in a different location, will have a planned topic where the instructors give detailed tips on technique, and will cover commonly asked questions regarding trail etiquette, map reading/navigation, and more! Participants should be able to run 3 miles comfortably. Sessions will vary from 3-5 miles on hilly off-road terrain, but the group will be stopping often to regroup and receive instruction. Even if you are accustomed to trail running this is an opportunity to learn more techniques, and refine your skills each week.

Wy'Knot Run Club

Planning on running the Portland Marathon* this fall but looking for some community support as you begin training? We've teamed up with Knot Springs on a sixteen week program to get you ready to run the 13.1 or 26.2 mile marathon on October 1, 2023. Between June 10 and September 30, you'll take part in a variety of trainings, community runs, workshops, and treatments to help you prepare.
