Run with The Pack Speed Series (Spring '25)

This 10-week series led by an experienced coach will introduce dynamic stretches, drills, interval workouts, tempo runs, and more. There has been known to be some high energy music blasting too! ;) These sessions are open to all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. Regardless of your level, this will push you outside your comfort zone a little, which is how you grow. Perk to get you out of bed: Strong Coffee and snacks from Trail Butter will be provided!‍ New for Spring '25...the opportunity to join for 5:30-6:30 a.m., 6:30-7:30 a.m., or 6-7 p.m.!! No excuses! LOL!
