Get After It Sunrise Strength (Winter '25)

Getting up before the sun builds mental strength. Follow that up with an actual strength workout & you become unstoppable! This 5-week series (once per week on Mondays) led by an experienced coach will introduce a warmup, dynamic stretches, followed by a different/challenging strength workout each session. Equipment will be provided & this will be an outdoor workout rain or shine. There has been known to be some high energy music blasting too! ;) These sessions are open to all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. Regardless of your level, this will push you outside your comfort zone a little, which is how you grow. After you signup the locations will be sent, but they will be close-in Portland, Oregon.
